Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organized Coordinator to manage communication and coordination with location counsels across Pan India for inspection searches, document vetting, and smooth execution of TSR work. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely follow-up and assisting in operational processes to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with location counsels across Pan India for conducting inspection searches of respective properties.
· Coordinate with location counsels for vetting of legal documents in the concerned branches of banks.
· Assist location counsels in the overall inspection and document vetting process.
· Follow up regularly with counsels and internal teams to expedite TSR work.
· Maintain records of cases, status updates, and reports.
· Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and escalations where required.
· Manage communication between branches, counsels, and internal departments.
· Support day-to-day operational activities related to TSR assignments.
Required Skills:
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Good follow-up and multitasking ability.
· Knowledge of legal documentation is preferred.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
· Attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work under deadlines.
