We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Support / Tele Service Executive to handle customer calls, service bookings, and inquiries for our automotive workshop.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls

• Explain services, offers, and spare parts availability

• Book service appointments and follow up with customers

• Maintain customer records and feedback

• Coordinate with workshop team for updates

• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships

• Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Experience in customer service/telecalling preferred (freshers can apply)
