Job Description – ATM Field Executive / FLM

Position: ATM Field Executive / FLM (First Level Maintenance)
Location: Chandrika Nagar Colony, Sigra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

We are looking for ATM Field Executives / FLM Executives to manage ATM field operations, attend assigned service calls, and ensure the smooth functioning and timely completion of ATM-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned ATM locations for routine service and maintenance activities.

• Attend and complete FLM (First Level Maintenance) calls as per assigned requirements.

• Perform ATM inspection and basic operational checks.

• Handle assigned ATM-related field activities efficiently.

• Travel to multiple ATM locations within the assigned area.

• Report completed visits and service activities through the designated system/app.

• Coordinate with the concerned team for technical or operational issues.

• Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.

• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates comfortable with field work and daily travel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic smartphone knowledge for app-based reporting.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assigned locations.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as per operational requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross Salary: ₹12,445 per month

• Approx. In-Hand: ₹11,500 per month after PF & ESIC deductions

• ATM Incentive: ₹14–₹16 per ATM

• Monthly Incentive: Up to ₹8,000–₹10,000

• FLM Call Incentive: ₹100–₹300 per ATM, depending on distance

• Sunday Duty Allowance: ₹200

• Family Suraksha Plan: ₹10 Lakh insurance cover

• ESIC Medical Benefits: As applicable
