🧾 Job Description:

Fairdebt Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager for our Loan Recovery Department. The candidate will assist in managing daily recovery operations, team performance, reporting, and compliance to ensure business targets are achieved efficiently.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support daily loan recovery operations

• Assist Operations Manager in achieving monthly recovery targets

• Handle team performance, productivity, and discipline

• Monitor call quality, compliance, and SOP adherence

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports

• Support training, coaching, and mentoring of recovery executives

• Handle escalations and coordinate with internal departments

• Ensure ethical and legal recovery practices are followed

🎯 Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline (Any Degree preferred)

• 3–6 years of experience in loan recovery / collections / operations

• Team handling and target-driven experience is mandatory

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred)

• Strong knowledge of recovery processes and reporting

• Proficient in MS Excel & basic reporting tools
