Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and managing daily operations.
Supervise and support team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Help recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
Prepare schedules and allocate work effectively.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
