Core Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day business functions, open and close the facility, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Staff Supervision & Training: Hire, onboard, train, schedule shifts, evaluate performance, and motivate team members.
Customer Service: Handle escalated customer complaints, resolve on-shift issues, and maintain high satisfaction standards.
Inventory & Financials: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory control, track budgets/expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
Leadership Liaison: Bridge communication between frontline staff and upper management, stepping in for the General Manager when needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of supervisory, retail, or operational experience.
