We are looking for a highly disciplined, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with excellent follow-up skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks of the MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on all internal & external tasks and ensure closure.

• Manage MD’s calendar, emails, meetings & coordination.

• Communicate with clients, vendors & employees on behalf of the MD.

• Prepare documentation, letters, reports and basic Excel sheets.

• Conduct research & gather information from the internet.

• Handle personal tasks: bookings, errands, coordination, etc.

Required Skills

• Excellent follow-up and task-tracking ability (most important).

• Strong command of English (written + verbal).

• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).

• Ability to communicate confidently and get work done from others.

Other Requirements

• Married (preferred)

• Should live within 45 minutes of our office

• Honest, reliable and disciplined

• Open to handling personal tasks of the MD
