💼 Process: Flipkart & Hamilton (Voice / Non-Voice)

💰 Salary: Monthly CTC (PF deduction applicable)

2️⃣ Assistant Manager – Operations (AM Ops)

Process: CX OSP L2 Outbound / CX OSP Repeat & KNE Hiring

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹43,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage operational performance and process efficiency

• Ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved

• Handle client communication and reporting

• Lead and mentor Team Leaders

Eligibility:

• Graduation Mandatory

• Overall 5–6 years experience

• Minimum 2 years experience as AM – Operation
