Train and counsel candidates for interviews and career readiness.

Manage office data, records, and follow-ups effectively.

Coordinate and line-up candidates for interviews with clients/companies.

Provide accurate information and guidance to candidates for their placement journey.

Achieve training and placement targets while maintaining professional standards.

Collaborate with management to ensure smooth placement operations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).

Experience: Fresher / 1 year experience in counseling, HR, training, or office management preferred.

Skills Required:

Good Communication (Hindi + Basic English)

Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)

Team handling and counseling ability

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift Type: Day Shift (Office Based)
