Assistant Manager

Nice Hospital is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support and oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of hospital operations, ensuring efficient services and a positive patient experience.

Qualification & Experience

• Master of Hospital Management (MHM) / Hospital Administration or equivalent qualification.

• 2–3 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multi-specialty or mother & child care hospital.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems.

Skills Required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage postings, attendance, and leave coordination of staff.

• Prepare and maintain duty rosters for MODs to ensure uninterrupted operational coverage.

• Personally manage and cover one MOD shift position

• Coordinate and ensure timely DMHO data submission

• Submission, and reporting of Birth Certificates in compliance with statutory guidelines.

• Conduct regular hospital rounds to monitor cleanliness, patient services, infrastructure, and operational efficiency.

• Address and resolve patient, attendant, and staff grievances promptly and effectively.

• Ensure smooth coordination among clinical, nursing, front office, and support service departments.

• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management as required.
