Who Can Apply•B.Com or BBA Graduates from any stream (freshers or up to 12 months of experience)•
Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)•
Confident, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills• Active listening and ability to understand customer concerns•
Fluent English communication (verbal)
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office• Basic internet research capability• Basic calculations for account reconciliations
