Position: AR Caller – Hospital Billing (HB)

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB) and US healthcare revenue cycle management. Candidates must be currently working in Hospital Billing and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding hospital claims.

Handle denied, rejected, and pending claims and identify reasons for non-payment.

Contact insurance payers to check claim status and resolve payment issues.

Work on claim appeals, resubmissions, and denial resolution.

Maintain accurate records of payer interactions and follow-up activities.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Hospital Billing (HB).

Candidates must be currently working in Hospital Billing.

Immediate joiners only.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of US healthcare billing and insurance claims is preferred.
