🖥️ Process: Medical Billing – Blended Process (60% Voice & 40% Back Office)

🌟 Job Role: We are hiring AR Associates for the Medical Billing process.

Candidates will be responsible for handling medical billing and insurance-related queries through calls and back-office operations.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC Freshers can apply

• Graduate Freshers can apply

• 3 Years Diploma candidates can apply

• Age Criteria: Up to 42 Years

• Average to Good communication skills required

🕒 Shift Timings:

• 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

• 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

• 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

🚖 One-sided Home Pickup or Drop facility available as per shift timings.

📅 Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Offs

💰 Salary Details: AR Associate Salary:

• ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 In-hand

• ₹5,000 Performance-Based Incentives

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle medical billing and insurance-related queries

• Communicate with customers regarding billing concerns

• Manage backend documentation and process updates

• Maintain accuracy and quality standards in operations

🚍 Transport Boundaries

📍 Airoli Site:

• Kalyan to Ghatkopar

• Thane to Panvel

• Panvel to Wadala

📍 Saki Naka Site:

• Vasai to Churchgate

• Mankhurd to CST

• Thane to CST

⚠️ Note:

• For Boys: No transport boundary restrictions; candidates should be comfortable traveling.

• For Girls: Residence must fall within transport boundaries.
