Cheema E Services is looking for AR Callers to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Caller/Executive to work on live US dental clinic billing and revenue recovery processes

• The role involves handling end-to-end AR activities including insurance follow-ups, claim tracking, payment posting and resolution of unpaid accounts

• Responsible for contacting US insurance companies and clients to follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely payments

• Play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and reducing accounts receivable aging for US dental practices

• Work directly on industry-standard US dental billing software with real-time exposure to healthcare revenue cycles

• Analyze unpaid or denied claims, identify root causes and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution

• Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, payments and claim status updates

• Work with defined targets, productivity metrics and quality benchmarks in a performance-driven environment

• Receive structured on-the-job training with clear growth paths into Senior AR, Analyst or Team Lead roles
