Job Title: Physician Billing AR Caller
Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a Physician Billing AR Caller to join our team . The role involves handling payer calls, following up on outstanding physician claims, and resolving billing issues related to US healthcare. This position offers a competitive in-hand salary and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth in the Revenue Cycle Management domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance payers to follow up on outstanding physician claims

• Check claim status, payment details, denials, and underpayments

• Resolve claim issues by coordinating with insurance representatives

• Analyze denials and take appropriate action for reprocessing or appeals

• Maintain accurate documentation of call interactions and follow-ups in billing systems

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: [Graduate / Undergraduate]

• Experience: [0–2 years / 1–3 years] in Physician Billing / AR Calling

• Good communication skills in English

• Basic knowledge of US healthcare, Athena one , ETM workflow etc.. is an advantage

• Ability to work [5 days a week] during [US Night Shift]

• Strong analytical and follow-up skills

• cab will be provided
