Job వివరణ

PR Study Abroad is seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students towards overseas education opportunities and contributing actively to admission conversions.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients
 Provide detailed information on courses, destinations, and admission processes
 Convert leads into successful admissions by maintaining strong follow-ups
 Handle student inquiries and explain services professionally
 Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
 Maintain accurate student records and call logs in CRM
 Assist with counselling sessions, application support, and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Sales and convincing ability
 Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
 Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
 Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage preferred)
Eligibility Criteria

 Minimum 0 -2 year experience in Tele calling / Sales / Voice Process / Customer Support

 Experience in Inside Sales or Educational Counselling will be an added advantage
