We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to manage the student admission process. The ideal candidate will guide prospective parents/students, provide accurate information about the institution's programs, handle admission inquiries, and support the enrolment process while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Centre Operations Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of the pre-school and day care center.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all academic and administrative activities.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and security standards across the center.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
2. Admissions & Business Development
• Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets.
• Conduct school tours and counselling sessions for prospective parents.
• Build relationships with local communities, residential societies, and corporate organizations. • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and admissions.
3. Academic Excellence
• Monitor implementation of curriculum and learning activities.
• Support teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
• Ensure quality standards in teaching and child development programs.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and performance reviews.
4. Team Leadership & Staff Management
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and child-centric work culture.
• Ensure staff adherence to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
5. Parent Relationship Management
• Maintain strong communication with parents.
• Address parent concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Organize parent meetings, events, and engagement activities.
• Ensure high levels of parent satisfaction and retention.
6. Financial & Administrative Management
• Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and fee collections.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
• Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
7. Compliance & Child Safety
• Ensure implementation of child protection and safeguarding policies.
• Maintain all statutory and operational documentation.
• Conduct regular safety audits and emergency preparedness drills.
