Role Overview:
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing guidance on educational programs, and converting leads into admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, counselling ability, and coordination with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth enrolment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents
Counsel students about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM
Follow up with interested candidates to close admissions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Experience in admission counselling, education sales, or tele-counselling preferred
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Experience:
0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)
