Job Description: Admission Counsellor / EdTech Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor / EdTech Sales Executive to join a fast-growing education organization based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The role involves counselling prospective students, promoting professional courses, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to guide students in choosing the right academic programs aligned with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and career opportunities.

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.

• Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course benefits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.

• Provide clear information regarding course structure, fees, and schedules.

• Coordinate with the academic and operations team for admission processing.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
