Admission Counsellor (Education) – Immediate Hiring

College Expert is hiring passionate and confident Admission Counsellors to help students choose the right college and course. If you have good communication skills and enjoy talking to people, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with student leads.
Counsel students and parents regarding admissions.
Explain courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with interested students.
Maintain inquiry records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the admission team to complete admissions.
Achieve daily follow-up and monthly admission targets.

Eligibility

12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Education Counselling will be preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
