Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Visa Counsellor to join our Vadodara team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the application and visa process for Australia, Canada, UK, and Malaysia (ACUM) or related countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated counselling to students regarding ACUM country visa requirements and processes.

• Handle complete student visa filing for Australia, Canada, UK, Malaysia (or AOS as per company requirement).

• Prepare and review applications, financial documents, SOPs, and visa forms.

• Coordinate with students, parents, universities, and internal teams.

• Maintain complete records of student applications and follow-up until visa outcome.

• Ensure high conversion rate through professional and ethical counselling.

• Keep updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and embassy guidelines.

• Support in seminars, student orientations, and marketing events when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visa Counsellor for ACUM or similar countries preferred.

• Strong understanding of student visa processes and documentation.

• Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/ Gujarati).

• Ability to handle multiple cases professionally and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/software usage).
