Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students and parents about medical courses, admission process, and eligibility.
Handle student inquiries (phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email) regarding admissions.
Explain course details, fee structure, and college facilities.
Assist students in application form filling and document verification.
Follow up with interested students for admission conversion.
Maintain student admission records and database.
Coordinate with academic and management teams for admission updates.
Support marketing team during admission campaigns and events.
Ensure smooth admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English + local languages)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM)
Ability to counsel and convince students
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Qualification:
Any Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in education admission / counseling preferred
Experience:
0 – 3 years in admission / counseling / education sector.
