Academic Counsellor

Join our team and help students turn their abroad study dreams into reality! We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive communicator to connect with aspiring students and guide them toward the right global opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective students from provided leads to introduce our study abroad services.

• Counsel students on various countries, universities, and course options.

• Schedule in-person or virtual consultations for senior academic counsellors.

• Educate students and parents on specific visa requirements for countries like the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.

• Assist students in compiling essential documents, including transcripts, SOPs, LORs, and financial affidavits.

• Guide students through the step-by-step visa filing process to ensure error-free submissions.

• Follow up consistently with leads to ensure high conversion rates.

• Maintain an accurate database of all calls and student interactions.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for successful bookings and enrolments.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal communication skills in Telugu and English. Good to know Hindi

• Proven experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service (Ed-tech or consultancy experience is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of study abroad destinations

• Strong persuasion skills and a "never give up" attitude.

• Proficiency in using MS Office.

• Good to have experience in visa filing or overseas education documentation 

• Familiarity with visa portals and document verification processes.

• High level of organization and attention to detail.
