Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective and existing students regarding academic programs, admissions, and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments while ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

• Convert leads into successful enrollments

• Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRM

• Assist students with the admission process

• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for lead management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Student-centric and result-oriented approach
