Qualification: Any Degree

Minimum Experience: 1 years in Education Field as a Counselor or Activity Head

Salary: ₹25,000

Work Location: Anna Salai, Chennai

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Weekly one day week off)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Creating a student/Parent forums/community to discuss and suggestions & feedback – Monthly

• Assist school administrators and educators with planning and carrying out school-related programs and events. Work on CRM and Reports

• Get student practice reports and conduct performance audits. Identify issues and resolve them at the earliest

• Understand your student/s career objectives and other required information to serve the students better

• Encourage students to participate at State/National/International levels. Guide interested students  in pursuing music as a career -

• Conduct Auditions to identify

• Ensure low grievances and should be able to manage crisis 

• Communicate with teachers, parents and administrators and build good relationships and get feedback from them to improve.

• Identify, evaluate and provide counsel the student/parent with appropriate program/course - Identifying special needs pupils and those with learning disabilities

• Establishing effective classroom management practices.

• Maintain low dropout rates and achieve the Revenue and Sales Targets on a monthly basis.

• Ensure all the school compliances and regulations are followed properly

• Help shape and uphold the vision of the school.

• Updating the management on a monthly basis about the progress.

• Conduct and coordinate on Recitals and monthly activities (Workshops-Masterclass-Online programs).
