Job Title: HR Manager & Trainer

Location: Kolkata | Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Manager & Trainer to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR processes while also training students in practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

• Handle HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS.

• Manage employee lifecycle, engagement, grievances, probation, and exit processes.

• Support performance management, KRAs/KPIs, appraisals, and employee retention.

• Ensure implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and basic statutory compliance.

• Deliver practical HR training to students on recruitment, HR operations, payroll, HRMS, performance management, HR analytics, and AI tools.

• Conduct mock interviews, assignments, and placement-preparation sessions.

• Coordinate with placement teams and corporate hiring partners.

• Prepare HR, recruitment, training, and employee MIS reports.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM/Master’s in HR or Business Administration preferred. Relevant HR certifications are an advantage.

3–6 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment. Training/education experience will be an added advantage.
