Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 CTC

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting international clients, and promoting our academic writing and assignment support services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the international market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through various channels

Engage with international clients (primarily students) via email, chat, and calls to understand their assignment requirements

Present service offerings clearly and professionally

Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully

Convert leads into confirmed sales and ensure client satisfaction

Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in handling international clients

Basic knowledge of sales or business development (experience preferred)

Comfortable with targets and performance-based work
