About the Role
Arich Infotech is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Educational Counselor to guide prospective students toward the right career-oriented training programs and support them through enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, virtual/in-person meetings
Convert inquiries into enrollments; follow up regularly through the admission process
Manage leads from website, social media, job portals, and referrals; maintain CRM records
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and training partners
Prepare admission reports and coordinate with training/marketing teams
Skill Set
Excellent verbal and written communication
Counseling and persuasion abilities
Strong negotiation and relationship management
CRM software and MS Office proficiency
Target-oriented, self-motivated mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
