Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assist with basic tasks like washing, peeling, cutting ingredients, mixing, and portioning.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and equipment; sweep, mop floors; sanitize surfaces; empty and clean bins.
Stocking & Inventory: Receive, store, and organize deliveries; restock ingredients and supplies at workstations; monitor inventory levels.
Kitchen Support: Assist chefs and cooks with various tasks as needed, including plating, packing takeout, and supporting waitstaff.
