Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and safety standards.
Maintain inventory and place orders for food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
Monitor food costs and minimize waste to ensure profitability.
Enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Stay updated with culinary trends and best practices.
Proven experience as a Chef or relevant culinary role.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
