Key Responsibilities

• Expert Tandoor Cooking: Prepare all Tandoori items (Naan, Roti, Kebabs, Tikkas, etc.) and North Indian dishes with authentic flavor and consistency.

• Marination: Handle all marination processes using traditional spices.

• Quality & Hygiene: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.

• Tandoor Maintenance: Efficiently operate and maintain the tandoor oven.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef/Commi in a restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine and Tandoor techniques.Key Responsibilities
