Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Indian & Tandoor Cook who can prepare authentic North Indian, Punjabi, and Tandoori dishes with rich flavors and consistent quality. The ideal candidate should be skilled in operating a tandoor, preparing curries, gravies, kebabs, and breads like naan, roti, and kulcha.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian curries, gravies, and tandoor items (veg & non-veg).

• Operate and maintain the tandoor oven (for naan, roti, tikkas, etc.).

• Ensure taste consistency and presentation standards in all dishes.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety as per FSSAI norms.

• Assist in menu planning and daily mise en place (pre-preparation).

• Manage cooking timelines during rush hours efficiently.

• Check freshness and quality of ingredients before use.

• Coordinate with the team for smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Indian/Tandoor cooking.

• Strong knowledge of spices, marination, and grilling techniques.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and festivals.
