Job Title: Continental Cook

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Continental Cook to prepare and present high-quality continental dishes. The candidate should have good knowledge of continental cuisine, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook continental dishes as per menu and standards

• Ensure taste, quality, and presentation of food

• Follow standard recipes and portion control

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Handle food storage and stock rotation (FIFO)

• Assist in menu planning and new dish development

• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Minimize wastage and control food costs

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Continental Cook

• Knowledge of continental cuisines (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

• Team player with good time management skills

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Qualification:

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts (preferred)

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
