Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of bakery/pastry/kitchen items as per recipes and SOPs.Maintain product quality, taste, and presentation standards.Ensure cleanliness and follow food safety & hygiene guidelines.Operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues.Coordinate with seniors and team to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience in bakery/café/kitchen environment.Basic knowledge of baking/culinary processes.Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.Punctual, disciplined, and able to work in fast-paced environment.
