Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Hilton.
• Meet all health and hygiene requirements.
• Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.
• Provide support to the Kitchen brigade.
• Perform tasks within a timely manner.
• Prepare and mix ingredients for various baked breads such as Croissant, Sourdough, Jumbo Breads etc.
• Knead, shape, and form dough according to recipes and specifications.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attend training sessions or workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to avoid over or under baking.
• Handle and store ingredients properly to prevent spoilage.
