The candidate should be skilled in preparing Indo-Chinese dishes with consistent taste, quick service, and proper hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook popular Indo-Chinese fast food items (noodles, fried rice, momos, chilli chicken, Manchurian, rolls, etc.)Ensure fast preparation and timely order completion for takeaway and delivery ordersMaintain taste consistency and portion controlFollow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all timesManage kitchen stock, raw materials, and minimize wastageCoordinate with counter staff for smooth order flowRequirements:Proven experience as a Chinese / Indo-Chinese Chef (fast food preferred)Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentKnowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and food safetyHardworking, punctual, and team-orientedWillingness to work in shiftsSalary:Best in the industry (based on experience)
