Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu planning, portion control, and recipe standardization.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Chinese Cook / Chef in a restaurant or hotel.

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (stir-frying, steaming, deep-frying, etc.).

• Ability to handle woks, sauces, and authentic Chinese ingredients.

• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
