Job Description: Chinese & Tandoor Chef

A Chinese & Tandoor Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese cuisine along with tandoor-based Indian dishes, ensuring excellent taste, presentation, and consistency while following hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes such as stir-fries, noodles, rice, sauces, and appetizers

• Prepare tandoor dishes including tandoori chicken, kebabs, naan, roti, and grilled vegetables

• Operate and manage the tandoor oven safely and efficiently

• Ensure consistency in flavor, portion size, and presentation

• Prepare marinades, sauces, and spice mixes according to recipes

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen

• Manage food preparation, storage, and inventory

• Assist in menu planning and development

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth kitchen operations

• Minimize food wastage and control costs

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chinese & Tandoor Chef

• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and tandoor operations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Attention to detail and time management skills

• Good teamwork and communication skills
