Job Title: Confectionery Chef

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–5 years
Food & Accommodation: Provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce a wide range of confectionery items such as pastries, Cakes, chocolates, candies, desserts, and sweets

• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products

• Develop new recipes and seasonal confectionery items

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen

• Manage raw materials and minimize wastage

• Follow standard recipes and portion control

• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets

• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience as a Confectionery Chef or similar role

• Knowledge of confectionery techniques, ingredients, and equipment

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Creativity and attention to detail

• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required
