Role Overview

As a QSR Team Member at Dil Foods, you will be responsible for day-to-day outlet operations, food preparation, order fulfillment, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards. You will play a key role in delivering great food and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation & Service

• Prepare and assemble menu items as per company recipes and SOPs.

• Ensure portion control and consistent product quality.

• Pack and hand over orders efficiently during rush hours.

2. Hygiene & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, storage, and serving areas.

• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI guidelines.

3. Stock & Equipment Handling

• Assist in receiving and storing raw materials.

• Check stock levels and report shortages to the outlet manager.

• Handle kitchen equipment carefully and report any maintenance issues.

4. Customer Interaction (if applicable)

• Greet customers courteously and take orders accurately.

• Handle feedback politely and escalate concerns to the manager when required.

5. Team Support

• Work collaboratively with other team members for smooth operations.

• Follow shift schedules and maintain punctuality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience in QSR / café / restaurant preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and food handling.

• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and fast-paced environments.
