About the Role

KhanaBanao.com is seeking a passionate and disciplined Professional Chef to join our growing culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel management or professional cooking, a keen eye for hygiene and presentation, and the ability to deliver high-quality food experiences at client events and parties.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Responsibilities

• Submit a detailed list of raw materials required for each event to the assigned Business Development Executive (BDE) in advance.

• Coordinate with the BDE to ensure timely procurement and preparation of ingredients.

During Event

• Prepare and serve dishes according to client specifications and company quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout the event.

• Follow company hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

Post-Event Responsibilities

• Ensure complete cleaning and sanitization of the workstation after each event.

• Capture a customer review video featuring client feedback that mentions KhanaBanao.com, and share it with the reporting manager.

Company-Provided Kit

The following items will be provided and must be worn during all assignments:

• Company T-shirt

• Apron

• Chef Head Cap

• Hand Gloves

Code of Conduct

• Maintain professionalism and courteous behavior during all assignments.

• Avoid unnecessary conversation with clients; focus on timely, high-quality service.

• Adhere to company standards of hygiene, food safety, and appearance.

• Display reliability, punctuality, and discipline in all tasks.

Additional Details

• Work Timing: As per event schedule (flexible shifts based on assignments)

• Travel Reimbursement: Weekly reimbursement as per company policy

• Reporting To: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Event Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (preferred)

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in cooking, catering, or hospitality

• Strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and presentation standards

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to travel to different event locations
