Chef / Cook

Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location : Gurugram / Manesar

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes including Chinese, Fast Food, Veg, and Multi-Cuisine items

• Ensure excellent taste, consistency, and portion control

• Manage ingredient selection, storage, and usage efficiently

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Ensure attractive food presentation and plating

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation

• Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Good knowledge of ingredients and taste management

• Experience in Chinese, Fast Food, Veg, and Multi-Cuisine cooking

• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices

• Ability to maintain consistent food quality

• Basic communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Prior experience as a chef/cook preferred
