Madras Munch Box (MMB) is a vibrant Quick Service Restaurant known for serving authentic South Indian street favorites and fast food varieties — from Thattu Vadai and Butter Buns to Fries, Burgers, Wraps, and Momos.

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Café Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate should be punctual, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining quality and cleanliness in all aspects of service and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

💡 Customer Service & Operations

• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.

• Ensure quick, accurate, and on-time service and delivery of food and beverages.

• Maintain a friendly and professional approach to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately using POS systems.

• Support takeaway and dine-in service as required.

🍔 Food Preparation & Coordination

• Assist in preparing menu items such as fries, wraps, burgers, momos, and traditional snacks like thattu vadai and butter buns.

• Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.

🧾 Inventory & Stock Management

• Update daily stock usage and shortages to the supervisor/manager.

• Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries.

• Ensure no wastage and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) for ingredients.

🧹 Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain overall shop and kiosk cleanliness — counters, kitchen, utensils, and customer areas.

• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

Shift timings : 12:00 pm to 09:00pm

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in café/QSR/restaurant preferred (freshers with good attitude welcome).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Punctual, reliable, and proactive in managing tasks.

• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

• Basic computer/POS billing knowledge preferred.

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• It is a Full Time కుక్ / చెఫ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
