Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to company standards (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.)
Take customer orders, handle payments, and operate the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating areas
Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during shifts
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
Assist with opening and closing duties as required
