About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Barista to join our premium 5-star hospitality team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coffee preparation, customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages to guests

• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and guest area

• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies

• Interact with guests professionally and courteously, ensuring a delightful experience

• Handle POS billing and manage cash/card transactions accurately

• Assist in training junior staff (if required) and follow brand SOPs
