Job Title: Barista

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. The role requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming café environment.
· Greet customers warmly and take beverage/food orders accurately.
· Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages according to recipes and standards.
· Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems efficiently.
· Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks served.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
· Refill stock items such as milk, syrups, coffee beans, and packaging materials as needed.
· Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
· Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as per company and FSSAI standards.
· Support team members in daily opening and closing activities.
· Promote menu items, special offers, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
· Proven experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role (preferred).
· Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café operations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent attention to detail and hygiene.
· Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
· Educational Qualification: 10th/12th pass or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or F&B Service (preferred).
· Passion for coffee and customer service.
· Friendly and professional attitude.
· Team-oriented with a positive mindset.
· Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
• 8-hour shift (rotational as per store schedule)
• Weekly off as per company policy
