Key Responsibilities:
Assist CDP in preparation and cooking for the assigned section
Maintain ingredient mise en place and assist with daily prep
Follow hygiene standards and food safety protocols
Ensure proper storage and labelling of kitchen supplies
Support in cleaning and organizing the kitchen workstation
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in cookies, continental dishes, or laminated dough
Eagerness to learn and grow under supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good team player with a positive attitude
