We are looking for a skilled Bakery Chef specializing in cake layering, frosting, and decoration to join our creative kitchen team. This role focuses on executing premium cake designs with precision, ensuring every product meets Oventure’s high aesthetic and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, assemble, and layer sponge cakes, mousse cakes, and cream-based products with consistency and care.
Apply frostings, ganache, fondant, and glazes with a professional finish.
Decorate cakes with piping, sugar work, edible flowers, chocolate garnishes, and other artisanal techniques.
Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and design team on new flavor and design concepts.
Maintain visual consistency and ensure cakes meet Oventure’s presentation standards.
Monitor inventory of decorative and layering ingredients; assist in maintaining mise en place.
Uphold hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with bakery protocols.
Support the production team during high-demand periods or special events.
