Typist Executive

Job Summary

The Typist is responsible for accurately typing, formatting, editing, and maintaining official documents, reports, correspondence, and project records. The role requires excellent typing speed, accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office while ensuring confidentiality and timely completion of documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Type letters, reports, contracts, technical documents, tenders, and project-related correspondence with high accuracy.

• Convert handwritten notes, scanned documents, and drafts into professional digital documents.

• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and official documentation as per company standards.

• Proofread documents to eliminate grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors.

• Maintain digital and physical records of documents and ensure proper filing.

• Assist in preparing tender documents, project reports, and client submissions.

• Coordinate with various departments to collect and compile documentation.

• Update databases, registers, and document management systems.

• Ensure confidentiality of company records, contracts, and sensitive information.

• Scan, print, photocopy, and distribute documents as required.

• Support senior management and project teams with documentation and administrative tasks.

• Complete assigned typing work within specified timelines while maintaining quality standards.
