Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Content Creator to design and produce engaging digital content that will increase our leads and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong creative concepts, hands-on skills in video production, editing, and a good understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and strategies to increase leads via digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

• Create, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos and graphics showcasing lab services, success stories, client testimonials, and awareness campaigns.

• Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the company’s marketing goals.

• Consistently post content across platforms and monitor engagement.

• Work with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and seasonal promotions.

• Stay updated on social media trends, reels formats, and algorithm shifts to maximize reach.

• Ensure all content maintains a professional yet approachable brand identity.

Requirements

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in video creation, editing, and social media content production.

• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent).

• Strong sense of visual storytelling and creativity.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of SEO-friendly captions, hashtags, and lead funnels is a plus.
